For more than thirty years of practice, Johnson Huang has sufficient experience in various civil, criminal litigation, arbitration, conciliation, mainly focuses his legal services surrounding the commercial business activities. In terms of litigation services, he has rich experience in commercial litigation, arbitration procedure, as well as economic crime prosecution and defense in the company act, securities and exchange act and related laws; in non-litigation services, including company establishment, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization, liquidation, etc. He also specializes in corporate governance, legal compliance, reviewing and drafting foreign company contracts.

In addition to counseling APEX Biotechnology Corporation, ADDA Corporation, ACME Electronics Corporation and INVENTEC Appliances Corporation in the listing and OTC listing procedure, Johnson Huang also provided legal services for many listed and OTC companies, participated in Yahoo's acquisition of Kimo in Taiwan, DSM Corporation's acquisition of AGI Corporation and Thailin Semiconductor Corp.'s merger with ChipMOS Technologies Inc. Johnson Huang has served as a director and supervisor of corporation including SINOPAC Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., IBF Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., YUNG TAY Engineering Co., Ltd. and China Life Insurance Co., Ltd.

Prior to the practice of law, Johnson Huang served as the legal counsel to the Air Force Command Headquarters, MND for the procurement affairs. He has worked in Lee & Li for several years before starting his own business. Starting his legal practice by assisting the clients for the incorporation of bank, reorganization procedure of the internationally-known company, etc., he has accumulated significant expertise in relation to the commercial activities.
